As a Field Service Salesforce Consultant, you will join a product team, collaborating with analysts, architects, developers, product owners, business owners, and key users. You will play a crucial role in analyzing the needs of various business users across different projects and products.

Our new consultant is someone who…

  • Analyzes the needs of different business users.
  • Works in an agile methodology.
  • Bridges the gap between the business and the developers.
  • Prepares and executes testing of solutions.
  • Documents processes, requirements, solutions, and user stories and guides.

Your profile looks like this

  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Field Service
  • At least 3 years of experience in functional and/or business analysis.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an agile environment.
  • Ability to set up test cases and guide the business during testing.
  • Capability to develop a change/communication strategy.
  • like to work in teams, but can also work independently and proactively
  • Dutch & English speaking. French is a plus!
  • Willingness to travel regularly to various locations in Belgium

Field Service Consultant

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Field Service
  • At least 3 years of working experience in functional and/or business analysis
